Putting a focus on overall health and well-being has brought clarity to my life, and a passion for every day. That combined with my desire to see others succeed has led me to where I am today.
I struggled with self-image, low self-esteem, and an unhealthy relationship with food throughout my childhood and early adult years. It wasn't until I found a passion for fitness that something just 'clicked for me’. This fueled me to learn how to heal my body through functional fitness and nutrient-dense foods and share my knowledge with those around me so that they can live a happy, healthy balanced life.
In my free time, I can be found summiting mountains, hiking in the backcountry, camping, working out, creating recipes, traveling, and chasing my 2 sons.
Health isn't just about working out... yes that's a part of it but it's about proper nutrition and a positive mental attitude. I want to work with you to not only reach your fitness goals but also your personal life goals.
